Youth Development Officer – Kerry Rees
As a youth worker, Kerry is responsible for strengthening our partnerships with youth organisations throughout Wales and the UK, developing our Outreach programme and attendance at youth events, co-ordinating volunteer shore-side training plus developing & implementing voyage accreditation with Agored Cymru. At any opportunity she is onboard sailing to support the young people and our crew in delivering amazing life-changing experiences.

 

Business Development Manager – Vicky Williams
Vicky is responsible for bringing in funding into the organisation, volunteer recruitment and retention, marketing and developing relationships with potential partners and corporate organisations.  Vicky also helps out as a volunteer meeting and greeting most voyages, helping with victualing the vessel, running volunteer inductions and doing talks and presentations to organisations about the charity. If you phone the office then Laura will be your first port of call and the chirpy voice that greets you. Laura manages the bookings and collates the bursary paperwork and reports. She is the point of contact for our volunteers and assists in keeping the office ship-shape.
