Youth Development Officer – Kerry Rees
As a youth worker, Kerry is responsible for strengthening our partnerships with youth organisations throughout Wales and the UK, developing our Outreach programme and attendance at youth events, co-ordinating volunteer shore-side training plus developing & implementing voyage accreditation with Agored Cymru. At any opportunity she is onboard sailing to support the young people and our crew in delivering amazing life-changing experiences.

 

Co-Founder / Business Development Manager – Vicky Williams
Vicky was one of the co-founder’s of the Challenge Wales charity in 2009, and in the early days you would find her sailing on the boat. Passionate about ocean literacy and outdoor learning the charity developed over the years she now focuses on funding, volunteer recruitment, marketing and the strategic direction of the charity with the input of young people and volunteers.  Read more about Vicky’s journey into sailing as part of the World Sailing Steering the Course Festival where Vicky features as one of the many female role models in sailing.
